Hi, I have more than 10 years experience in Customer Support. I am trained to navigate CRM tools like Salesforce and Agile. I'am also experienced handling Windows Office 365 apps, Google Workspace and Zoom incomes with emails, calendar, and other collaboration apps. I am a registered Nurse with 1 year and 6 months experience in hospital setting. I am flexible incomes with available tasks: I can take calls, chats, emails, and self-created tickets by the customers. I can be assigned to different shifts like AMER, EMEA, and APAC time. I'am very dedicated with my job and always ready for new knowledge. The reason why I'am looking for a new role specially Medical Virtual Assistant or related is because I would like to use my medical knowledge and experience as Nurse.
