I'm an HR & Operations professional based in Angeles City, Pampanga, with more than a decade of experience building and running offshore teams for international clients. I'm currently Head of Human Resources at Forcemultiplu, where I manage the full employee lifecycle for a fully remote team across several US-based client accounts. Before Forcemultiply, I spent 8 years on an Australian account at a BPO. I led it from a single hire to a team of 80,built the hiring pipeline, and developed and promoted team leaders and managers from within. I've visited Australia several times and know how Australian businesses like to work. What I bring: Human Resources: Full Cycle employee relations. due process and progressive discipline, leave administration, separations , policy writing and HR documentation Recruitment: End-to-end hiring from sourcing and screening to offoer and onboarding, team scaling and building strong probationary to regular pipelines. Operations: Team structuring, performance management,productivity and time-tracking compliance , and client-side manager coordination. How I Work: I'm in the link between offshore teams and the clients they serve. I keep pople compliant, supported and accountable so clients can focus on their business.
