Resolved GoDaddy/Cloudflare proxy conflict blocking High Level domain connection — disabled proxy on A record and www CNAME, authorised LeadConnector DNS changes, and successfully connected korunaassist.com to CX365 funnel system. Designed and deployed a Conversational Booking Engine — an AI chat widget that replaces the Meta Instant Form + GHL double-form workaround with a single seven-step conversational flow: qualification, CRM field mapping, embedded calendar booking, and automated follow-up, all without the visitor leaving the page. Authored a full Solution Overview & Deployment Report (SOP) for the Booking Engine covering problem/impact analysis, CRM field mapping, RACI role clarity, and a phased deployment plan — eliminating unpaid admin burden from the sales team. Designed and scoped a full lead nurture architecture — two workflow trees (Discovery Call and Resource Download) with sequences running from Day 1 to 12 months, covering re-engagement at 3, 6, and 12-month intervals.
