I have recently completed hands-on training in Amazon Seller Central, focusing on supporting day-to-day e- commerce operations. Gaining practical experience in creating and optimizing product listings, managing variations using flat files and templates, and assisting in non-PPC promotional strategies. Training includes identifying and troubleshooting common listing issues, monitoring account health, and understanding Amazon policies and compliance requirements. Also learning customer service processes such as handling buyer inquiries, returns, refunds, and monitoring product reviews and seller feedback. Additionally, developing skills in coordinating with Amazon Seller Support, understanding performance-related concerns, and assisting with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and reimbursement processes for lost or damaged inventory.
