I'm Mark Daniel Anquilo, I have over six years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, supporting both local and international markets across multiple industries including healthcare, business process outsourcing (BPO), corporate operations, and the food & restaurant industry. Currently, I work as a Talent Acquisition Advisor / Healthcare Recruiter at Optimum Health Solutions, where I lead end-to-end recruitment for allied health professionals across Australia. I source hard-to-fill allied health roles, thru proactive talent engagement strategies including cold calling and targeted outreach. I manage the full hiring lifecycle, from job ad creation, pipeline management to interviews, reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination. One of my key strengths in this role is building strong talent pipelines in a competitive market and maintaining close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure timely placements. Prior to this, I worked as an HR & Recruitment Operations Executive for the international team at The Conference Board. In this role, I handled full-cycle recruitment across different regions using Acquire TM and supported daily HR operations. I maintained HR databases, facilitated onboarding programs, ensured compliance with mandatory training, and supported timesheet administration. This experience strengthened my ability to manage global stakeholders, adapt to organizational changes, and maintain high levels of accuracy in HR systems.
