Hi goodday, my name is ralph, I started working in BPO industry during pandemic so it's a total of 7 years and counting as a customer service representative, i have experience handling different account with diff campaign either inbound or outbound, voice or non voice, i am capable of using many dialers, convoso, vici, five9, ringcentral and many more.. Speaking of campaign i have experience dialing solar, medicare, final expense, lead generation campaigns , vehicle campaign and many more either manual or auto dial i can do both actually.. I am proficient using different google platforms, gmail, google calendar, gemini,google docs, google drive.. I can also edit some photo and video using editing tools using canva, picsart etc. and when we talk crm I tried to use 7 figure or any Go high level crm and have some idea on how to use it such as creating workflow, making web form, data entry like importing and exporting of contacts and still discovering more .. and with those skills and experience I am looking forward to enhances my skills and knowledge working with you .
