Tech VA | AI Automation: n8n, Make, Power Automate | 10+ Yrs Ops/Admin
Metro Manila
I help businesses stop doing the same task by hand every day. For 11+ years at the Bank of the Philippine Islands, I worked where the pressure is real: payments, collections, complaints, and deadlines that don’t move. Along the way I kept noticing the same thing: people losing hours to copy-paste work that a good workflow could do in minutes. So I started building those workflows myself, first with Power Automate, Power Query, VBA, and SharePoint, then with n8n, Make, Zapier, and VAPI. One example: our batch debit requests used to be handled ad hoc, about 90 a day. I turned that into three scheduled batches averaging 160 accounts a day, with nobody sending requests by hand. Now I’m taking that into freelance work as an AI app builder and operations manager. I build automations and AI-assisted tools, such as lead intake, appointment setting, and reporting. I also write the SOPs and training that help your team actually use them. Not every process needs AI, and I’ll tell you when it doesn’t. Nobody lands on a page like this with a perfectly dry ceiling. Let’s find your leak. Based in Manila. Open to freelance projects and remote roles.

- Automated batch debit request processing, replacing ad hoc handling of about 90 requests a day with three scheduled batches averaging 160 accounts a day, so throughput increased without added headcount. - Built Power Automate, Power Query, and VBA workflows with SharePoint data validation and exception handling to catch duplicates, calculation errors, and payment-posting risks before they reached clients. - Automated worklist creation and delivery through OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Automate, and used AI to write and debug VBA/Excel code and to draft replies and classify requests inside workflows, cutting manual handling time. - Took each process improvement from requirements through training and support, and supervised a team of three, writing the SOPs and user guides that kept processing consistent. - Simplified a three-level payment-posting process into a more efficient workflow, ran an NPS survey for Business Loan clients to capture satisfaction feedback, and handled Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) complaints, including representing the bank in adjudication proceedings.
