- Theme editor customization: Customizing sections, colors, fonts, and layout within the Shopify theme editor without code — if deeper customization is needed, ask whether they have Liquid template editing experience.
- Order management and fulfillment: Processing orders, managing partial fulfillments, coordinating returns, and communicating with suppliers or 3PL partners — ask for their workflow on a day when 50 orders come in and three have issues.
